Birth Doula Services
Initial Consultation | 30 minutes | Free
You are inviting me into a vulnerable and sacred space in your life. This free, face-to-face consultation allows us to get to know each other and to ensure that our doula-client relationship is a good fit.
Birth Doula Services | $2000
This birth doula package includes:
Up to 2 prenatal visits to discuss prior pregnancies and birth experiences, birth plans, fears/concerns, and desires for your upcoming birth.
My continuous presence to offer emotional and physical support during your labor and delivery, including laboring at home, if applicable.
Immediate postpartum and breast/chest/body support (up to 2 hours following birth).
One in-person postpartum visit to check in emotionally, troubleshoot concerns and reflect on your birth story.
Breast/chest/body feeding education and support
Referrals to community birthing resources
Ongoing support throughout pregnancy via phone and text.
A 10% discount to The Birth Series birth education classes.
Birth Education
The Birth Basics Series is a three course class co-taught with perinatal trainer, Lauren Stuart (@LaurenStuartFit). We have a Birth Bag & Postpartum Prep Class at the investment of $75 and a two day event of our Movement and Coping and Birth Plan classes at the sale price of $250 (classes can be taken individually at $150 a piece). Clients of either myself or Lauren, receive a 10% discount off The Birth Basics Series. We're teaming up with Yonder Midwifery and East Tn Midwifery to offer 10% off this series to their clients as well!

Postpartum Planning & Birth Bag Workshop $75
Join us for our next workshop on Monday, November 4th, starting at 5:30 PM. This in-person event is specifically designed to help expectant parents prepare for the arrival of their little ones.
During the event, we will guide you through the essentials of packing your birth bag, ensuring you have everything you need for a comfortable labor and delivery experience. Our experienced team will provide valuable tips and suggestions to make this process stress-free and efficient along with making items that could be helpful to you during labor.
Additionally, we will delve into postpartum planning, helping you prepare for the first few weeks after your baby's arrival. From starting conversation on how to parent your children to intimacy in the postpartum period, we will cover various aspects to ensure a smooth transition into parenthood.
We ask that participants bring a bag of organic, overnight pads. Everything else will be provided.
Movement & Coping Workshop $150 (pair with Birth Plan Building for only $250!)
Join us for our next workshop on Friday, November 15th from 6:00-8:30PM at Marble City Family Chiropractic. This course will help you and your partner navigate birth through movement and coping techniques no matter where or how you intend to birth.
Doula, Ashley Helton, and Perinatal Trainer, Lauren Stuart, will lead you in an interactive, education course on movement in order to:
-stay comfortable in pregnancy
-engage baby and activate labor
-progress through stations
-cope with contractions
-move with an epidural or monitors
-confidently birth in any position
-thrive during early postpartum
Wear your gym clothes, have your birthing partner tag along, and bring your birth ball (if you have one)!
Birth Plan Building Workshop $150 (pair with Movement and Coping for only $250!)
Join us for our next workshop on Saturday, November, 16th from 9:00-12:30 at Marble City Chiropractic. This in-person event is designed to help expectant parents create a personalized birth plan that aligns with their preferences and desires. Led by experienced birth professionals, Lauren Stuart: perinatal fitness instructor and birth educator, and Ashley Helton: doula and birth educator, this workshop will provide valuable insights, tips, and resources to empower you in making informed decisions about your birthing experience.
During the workshop, you'll have the opportunity to:
-learn about different options presented to you during pregnancy, birth, and immediate postpartum
-discover the steps for when taking interventions
-discuss the role of partners and support persons
-explore postpartum care and breastfeeding resources
